Services Provided Adderley Group provides a service to bring Job Seekers and Employers together online. Job Seekers and Employers can register, create profiles/job posts and search for jobs and CV’s on our website platforms, www.adderleys.com, www.jobster.co.uk and www.zipcv.com
Job Seeker personal data will be available to Employers. Personal data includes a Name which is mandatory, an email Address which is mandatory and a Telephone Number which is optional. Personal data provided by the user may be used by Adderley Group to notify the user of any news, and or promotional offers relating our recruitment services. The user can unsubscribe from these notifications at anytime. Adderley Group will not disclose user personal data to any third party. Website Use www.adderleys.com, www.jobster.co.uk and www.zipcv.com may not be used for any of the following purposes: To contact www.adderleys.com, www.jobster.co.uk and www.zipcv.com users regarding any issue apart from the purpose of recruitment. To contact www.adderleys.com, www.jobster.co.uk and www.zipcv.com users to offer any services from a 3rd party company. To post any illegal content. The user is required to provide truthful information in their profile or job post. It is prohibited to use any text or images from www.adderleys.com, www.jobster.co.uk and www.zipcv.com for personal or commercial use. User Information www.adderleys.com, www.jobster.co.uk and www.zipcv.com does not hold responsibility for any untruthful and/or inaccurate information included in job posts and profiles. wwww.adderleys.com, www.jobster.co.uk and www.zipcv.com reserves the right to edit or delete any information submitted by the user to the website. Liability www.adderleys.com, www.jobster.co.uk and www.zipcv.com will not be responsible for any loss or damage the user may encounter from using the website.
All Fees are exclusive of any Value Added Taxes or other applicable sales tax. Valued Added Tax will be charged at the applicable rate.
Our advertising campaigns include targeted email campaigns to specific individuals and are not exempt from a zero rate VAT reduction. Cancellations & Interuptions Once you have accepted our Terms and agreed or made payment there is no right of cancellation of the Adderley Group service. Once you have accepted the Proposal you can notify us that you wish to withdraw the Vacancy at any time. You have the right to withdraw the Vacancy for any reason at any time. In this circumstance a minimum charge of 50% of the agreed fee will be payable. You acknowledge that the Internet and/or Adderley Group systems, services and equipment may from time to time be inoperative in full or in part as a consequence of but not limited to, mechanical breakdown, maintenance, hardware or software upgrades, communication connectivity problems or other factors beyond the control of Adderley Group and you acknowledge that Adderley Group will not be held liable for any failure or inability to provide continuous, error free, uninterrupted services under these circumstances. Liabilities Our liability to you for breach of contract or negligence shall not exceed an amount equal to twice our fees for any Vacancy or series of Vacancies regarding the same matter placed by you with Jobster. In no event shall we be liable for any special, indirect, consequential or loss whatsoever or any loss of profit regardless of whether such losses are foreseeable and whether or not caused by our negligence arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service. Nothing contained in these Terms shall have effect so as to limit our liability for loss or damage arising out of personal injury or death or acts of fraud. All and any interaction and communication between the Client and any Candidate and in connection with the Candidate's response to the Vacancy are the responsibility of the Client, and Adderley Group accepts no liability whatsoever therewith. The Client will indemnify Adderley Group against any losses in connection therewith. Having in mind the nature of the service, we are not able to verify any statements made by you in your Vacancy Profile and accordingly you agree to indemnify us from all claims, costs and expenses (including legal expenses) resulting from your breach of these Terms. While Adderley Group endeavours to ensure that the information on its website is correct, Adderley Group does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of that information.
Adderley Group may make changes to the material on this website at any time without notice. The material on this website may be out of date, and Adderley Group makes no commitment to update such material. Please note that you will be required to use caution, common sense and good awareness as there are also risks of dealing with persons or people acting under false pretences. By using the website you agree to all risks and agree that Jobster is not responsible for the acts or omissions of others. Terminations This Agreement may be terminated by Adderley Group if: after providing written notice to the Client of breach of these Terms, such breaches are not rectified within 5 working days by the Client; the Client fails to pay Adderley Group on the due date any sums that may be due; the Client makes any material misrepresentation; the Client is using the service for any improper use or with the intention to damage the reputation of the Services provided by Adderley Group. Viruses Adderley Group will take reasonable care not to transmit viruses or malware to you but it is your responsibility to protect you computers against viruses or malware. Accordingly you agree that Jobster will not be liable to you for any damage resulting from the transmission from us to your computer systems of viruses or similar malware. Governing Law These Terms and the contract of which they form a part shall be governed by English law and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
